Complete List of Currently Released Versions
The following are all released versions of IAA software listed. This help menu is the complete documentation package for the highest version IAA Pro 1.2.0 (All-In-One system). All other versions' information is included as part of this document.
Please note that both English and Chinese Versions are Available (For Chinese, the version number is formatted in the same style, but with a lower case of 'c' to replace the English version's last digit zero '0'. For example, IAA Pro 1.2.0. for English, and IAA Pro 1.2.c. for Chinese).
The following is the description for each version:
• IAA Pro 2.0.0. (All-In-One Complete System)
For TCM Entire Office - Doctors/Therapists and Office Administrators/Assistants. It includes all functions for TCM practice and business management: 1). TCM knowledge base (all classical meridians, acupoints and over 1000 herbs) and functions for doctor's practice such as diagnosis and treatment records, ICD-9/CPT codes, acupoint selection, herb prescription, treatment protocol creation, etc., 2). Patient profile, accounting, bookkeeping, inventory, invoice, receipt, income report, insurance file export, calendar book, etc. The Password Protection System secures the patients' medical records, financial accounts and business privacy.
• IAA Pro 1.4.0 (Doctor Version)
For TCM Doctors/Therapists. All functions in the All-In-One system (IAA Pro 1.2.0) are included except functions related with accounting / business management. It includes 1). The TCM knowledge base and functions for doctor's practice such as diagnosis and treatment records, ICD-9/CPT codes, acupoint selection, herb prescription, treatment protocol creation, calendar book, etc. The Password Protection System secures the patient's medical records and business privacy.
• IAA Pro 1.3.0. (Business Version)
For TCM Office Administrators/Assistants. All functions in the All-In-One system (IAA Pro 1.2.0) are included except functions related with doctor's practice. It focuses on business administration management such as accounting, bookkeeping, appointment calendar, patient profile, payment record, invoice, receipt, inventory management, income report, etc. Excellent design in linking calendar book with accounting and financial management, invoice / receipt and reports, and as well as linking client order with inventory database. The Password Protection System secures the client account databases and business privacy.
• IAA 1.2.0. (Student/Teacher Version)
For TCM Students / Teachers / Self Learners. Excellent software system focusing on the TCM knowledge base (all classical meridians, acupoints and over 1000 herbs) and learning/teaching tools. User can search the database, navigate the meridians and acupoints, view the full description, anatomic images, select acupoints and herbs, build own treatment protocols or herb prescription for leaning, teaching, for use in the future practice. It also help prepare examination and self learning. The vocal pronunciation of Pinyin names of all classical acupoints are included (Easy On-Off switch upon preference). The Password Protection System secures user's the patient's medical records and business privacy.
